Create and manage recruitment pipelines
Follow agreed Talent Acquisition processes
and well-evidenced interviews
Manage the onboarding and EVO buddy program
Develop external knowledge of EVO’s market
Deliver high levels of customer service
Manage the entire recruitment process
Maintain post-hiring contact with new hires
Provide additional support to the business
Represent Evolution in the external market
