Manage the onboarding and EVO buddy program

Deliver high levels of customer service
Manage the entire recruitment process
Maintain post-hiring contact with new hires
Provide additional support to the business
Represent Evolution in the external market

Working closely with the TA Manager, and with the Employer Branding Specialist you will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals by actively recruit as well as developing innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes, and ultimately contributing to the growth of an industry-leading Talent Acquisition team.
