What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, at least 2 years in tech recruitment, Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.), Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, You thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact
Nice to Have
Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space, Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives

Global Talent Scouting
Relationship Building
Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows
and strengthen how we operate
Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world’s best AI talent
