Must Have
3 years full-cycle recruiting experience, Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools, Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar, Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Communications, Equivalent experience in Recruiting/HR, Exceptional written and verbal communication, Polished, professional presence, Excellent customer focus, Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, Fluency with AI tools, Work collaboratively with others, Ability to handle confidential material, Familiarity with human resource practices, Highly organized and prioritize work, Demonstrate passion for learning, Excellent professional judgment, Comfortable taking initiative, Working independently

Conduct high-volume video interviews
