What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 years full-cycle recruiting experience, Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools, Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar, Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Communications, Equivalent experience in Recruiting/HR, Exceptional written and verbal communication, Polished, professional presence, Excellent customer focus, Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, Fluency with AI tools, Work collaboratively with others, Ability to handle confidential material, Familiarity with human resource practices, Highly organized and prioritize work, Demonstrate passion for learning, Excellent professional judgment, Comfortable taking initiative, Working independently

Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end

Conduct high-volume video interviews

Assess candidates against role requirements

Provide structured recommendations

Partner with C-suite executives

Define role requirements

Align on candidate profiles

Guide hiring decisions

Leverage AI tools for sourcing

Enhance sourcing efficiency

Improve candidate matching

Streamline workflow automation

Facilitate calendar management

Schedule internal and external interviews

Manage candidates through offer negotiations

Support hiring team debriefs

Guide teams to final candidates

Deliver excellent candidate experience

Maintain candidate records

Track pipeline status

Keep hiring managers informed

Build applicant sources
