THE ROLE We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK continues to scale globally. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring priorities, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes. You will have exposure to a wide range of functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business-critical teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities. - Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs. - Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies. - Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Provide regular hirin
