What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, at least 2 years in an in-house recruitment role, Proven success delivering full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and/or geographies, Experience recruiting for a broad range of sales-oriented roles, including pre-sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, and customer success, Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and select high-quality commercial talent, with judgment around role fit and long-term success, A track record of delivering high-quality hires against business timelines, proactively communicating risks or blockers, and collaborating creatively to overcome challenges
Nice to Have
EMEA experience preferred, French language is a bonus
