2+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, exposure to GTM or commercial roles in a SaaS or tech environment, French native speaker, English fluent, Hands-on experience with ATS, Based in Barcelona or open to relocating

About the role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amenitiz, you are responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across our GTM functions - Sales, Customer Care, Onboarding, and Customer Success. You own the process from intake to offer: building pipelines, running structured interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to make quality hires at pace. We're a lean TA team operating in a high-growth environment - that means real ownership from day one. You'll work closely with the Head of TA and business stakeholders to raise the bar on every hire, and contribute to how we run and continuously improve our talent operations. Your missions Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Care, Onboarding, and Customer Success Build proactive pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and targeted outreach Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers to align on profile, process, and timelines Deliver a strong candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first message to offer Conduct screening calls and coordinate interview processes, keeping things moving without cutting corners Maintain accurate records in our ATS and contribute to data quality across the hiring funnel Actively contribute to TA projects - interview calibration, scorecard quality, candidate surveys, employer branding initiatives About you 2+ years of in-house
