Must Have
proven recruitment expertise with a track record of hiring top talent across various roles, from Customer Success to Operations and Marketing, 2+ years of experience in recruitment with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, screening resumes, analyzing cover letters, conducting culture fit phone interviews, successfully managed multiple recruitment channels, streamlined the hiring process, conducted active candidate searches, connected with applicants through LinkedIn, Yoda-level organizational skills, Managing applicant flow, Coordinating with hiring managers, tracking referrals, organizing candidate info across channels, proven experience in developing external recruitment partnerships, leading initiatives to expand our talent pool beyond Canada, Experiences with end-to-end recruitment management, recruitment kickoff meetings, new hire onboarding, SOP-building skills, clear, actionable documentation for every recruitment and onboarding process, Data-driven reporting skills, keeping recruitment reporting up-to-date, tracking progress daily, humble--you put the team and others’ needs ahead of your own, hungry to learn more, people smart--in the sense that you’re a great teammate
