What You'll Do.
Source and identify candidates
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter
Develop targeted sourcing strategies
Track and manage candidate activity
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates
and high-touch communication
Lead outreach campaigns
and engagement efforts
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
Provide clear guidance to candidates
Partner with TA team members and hiring managers
Support recruiting workflows
Coordinate interview scheduling
Assist with offer coordination
Assist with pre-employment communications
Maintain knowledge of insurance talent trends
Provide insight on candidate availability
Support employer branding efforts
Contribute to early career and entry-level pipeline initiatives
Support pipeline tracking
Support reporting within Greenhouse
Maintain clean and organized candidate data
Assist with CRM campaigns
Assist with talent segmentation strategies
Partner with TA leadership on process improvement
Partner with TA leadership on sourcing effectiveness
