Position Overview Everpure is looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and highly proactive TA Sourcer to join our growing Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will specifically focus on building robust talent pipelines for our Global Sales Organization (GSO) in India. Our GSO team drives Everpure’s revenue and market expansion. As a TA Sourcer, you will be the engine of our sales hiring, partnering closely with TA Managers and Sales Leaders to hunt for top-tier, revenue-generating talent. If you have a knack for identifying competitive, high-performing passive sales professionals and know how to sell a career opportunity as effectively as a sales rep sells a product, this role is for you. Location: Bangalore, India - 5 days in office policy Key Responsibilities Sales Sourcing & Market Mapping: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks) to identify top passive sales talent across roles like Inside Sales, Account Executives, Enterprise Sales, and Business Development Managers. Competitor Hunting: Actively map and headhunt from competitor sales organizations and relevant industries within key commercial hubs in India. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with GSO Recruiters and Sales Directors to deeply understand specific target markets, territory requirements, quota expectations, and ideal candidate personas. High-Impact Engagement: Craft compelling, persuasive outreach messages that resonate with sales professionals, effectively highlighting Everpure's market position, uncapped potential, and growth trajector
