At Hims & Hers, the Recruiter plays a pivotal role in scaling our onsite Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center teams. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Lead, you won't just fill seats—you will build the frontline teams that deliver on our customer promise every day. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of mid-level operational positions, partner closely with facility supervisors and managers, and work hand-in-hand with your TA teammates to create an efficient, candidate-obsessed hiring process. YOU WILL: - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for fulfillment, logistics, and high-volume operations roles. Source, screen, interview, and offer top talent while ensuring an incredible candidate experience - Onsite Collaboration: Partner daily with Fulfillment Center supervisors and Pharmacy team leads to understand immediate hiring needs,
