Full Job Description

About the Position  We’re seeking a Program Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The primary focus of this role is to serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, which includes answering questions for candidates and staff; keeping our applicant tracking systems up to date; managing calendars and scheduling across multiple teams, locations and time zones; maintaining data integrity and document versioning on the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site; preparing candidates submittal packages; and navigating different processes, tools, and technologies. The role will help plan and coordinate various programs like our internship program, career webinars, and social media / recruiting activities. Additionally, the role will help identify process improvements and enhance the ‘candidate experience’ while supporting the Talent Acquisition team. This role is designed to provide foundational experience across recruiting operations, candidate engagement, systems administration, and program coordination, with opportunities for growth into a Talent Acquisition Specialist role if desired. This is a full-time, fully remote position, working Pacific time zone business hours. The position will need to support operations in all US time zones as needed.  Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:  Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for Talent Acquisition (TA) activities.
