Must Have
High school diploma required, Bilingual English and Spanish required
Nice to Have
Associate degree preferred, Experience with SmartRecruiters (ATS), Experience with ADP, Experience with DocuSign, Experience with Sterling, Experience with First Advantage
What You'll Do.
Run background checks
Process E-Verify authorizations
Schedule drug testing
Review pre-employment medical results
Explain Drug-free Workplace procedure
Explain new hire paperwork
Review new hire paperwork
Maintain team member I-9 verification
Perform self-audits of I-9s
Update team member files
Maintain inventory of forms
Assist with pre-employment questions
Assist with pre-employment tasks
Assure work clearance
Schedule meetings with Talent Acquisition team
Conduct meetings with Talent Acquisition team
Perform special projects
Support recruiting efforts
