Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with full ownership of end-to-end hiring, Proven track record of hiring Commercial and Marketing roles in competitive markets, Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English, expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and building proactive talent pipelines, A structured and evidence-based approach to hiring — you rely on signals and data, not intuition, Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and drive clear, high-quality hiring decisions, sense of ownership — from defining the search strategy to closing the right candidate, Ability to move fast without compromising on quality or hiring standards, First experience or interest in HRBP topics
What You'll Do.
Own hiring end-to-end
Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer
Lead hiring for commercial and marketing roles
Drive structured and efficient processes to ensure speed and quality
Build and manage talent pipelines
Run proactive sourcing strategies (market mapping
Develop and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Benchmark salaries and stay close to market trends
Partner with the business (TA + HRBP scope)
Run weekly hiring governance with stakeholders
Align hiring priorities with business impact and team needs
Provide data-driven insights on talent supply
Support people processes (e.g. onboarding
Act as a sounding board for managers on people-related challenges
Ensure quality & candidate experience
