Must Have

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, at least 1 years recruiting for independently licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD), high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse, excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills, business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret to inform your decisions

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building mission aligned and high-performing clinical teams. As part of our Operations Team, you’ll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. You’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing candidates, guiding them through an outstanding candidate experience, and closing. You’ll play a key role in helping scale Two Chairs during an exciting phase of growth.
