Take detailed briefs from Hiring Managers on role requirements
Source and screen quality candidates
Have informative conversations with potential candidates about life at Capital One and provide good insight into the role
Give immediate feedback to candidates who may not be suitable
Contribute at team meetings
generating new ideas and discussing opportunities
