Act as talent acquisition advisor to the business

Deliver high-quality hires

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles

Develop and execute sourcing strategies

Build partnerships with hiring managers

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies

Maintain accurate records in ATS

Provide recruitment metrics and insights

Ensure recruitment activities comply with standards

Streamline talent acquisition processes

Facilitate onboarding experience for new hires

Contribute to HR/TA initiatives

Perform ad hoc duties
