What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting, Trilingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory), Expertise in progressive sourcing options (direct sourcing, web recruitment tools, networking, diversity recruiting), Proven track record in proactive talent acquisition, Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Latin America within corporate or agency settings, Technical proficiency in ATS systems, business acumen, stakeholder management, consultative problem-solving, communication skills, influencing skills, Agile mindset
Nice to Have
Preference for Workday and Phenom ATS, Preference for offer process and systems management
