Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Partner – Hygiene is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for dental hygienist positions across the organization. This role partners closely with operational leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and hire high-quality hygiene professionals. The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the organization's growth and staffing objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruitment for dental hygienist positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Develop and maintain proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified hygiene candidates. Partner with Regional Directors, Operations Leaders, and Practice Managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting plans. Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Create and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms and professional networks. Attend career fairs, dental hygiene school events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and build candidate pipelines. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting. Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the dental industry. Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations teams to support workforce planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
