Talent Acquisition Partners source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company and ensure a positive candidate experience. In this role, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies alongside the Hiring Managers are essential. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments along with the ability to influence and partner. Work Location Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Troy, MI; or Indianapolis, IN, though exceptional candidates from other markets are encouraged to apply. If converted to a direct employee, those living within commuting distance of a company office will be expected to follow a hybrid work model of four days onsite and one day remote.
