What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and levels, sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies, Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
Nice to Have
experience in a high-growth or tech-driven company, Experience recruiting in fintech, financial services, or a remote-first environment is a plus, familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus

Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding hand-off
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive outreach
and creative sourcing strategies
Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content that attracts top-tier candidates
conduct phone and video interviews
and assess candidates for both skills and culture fit
Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and report on hiring progress to stakeholders
