Must Have

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and levels, sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use them to drive decisions, Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball, A collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude

Nice to Have

experience ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven company, familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus, Experience recruiting in fintech, financial services, or a remote-first environment is a plus
