What They're Looking For.

Must Have

hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment, ideally across multiple European markets, proven track record in structured hiring (scorecards, interviewer training, data-driven decision-making), communication and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by creating great candidate and stakeholder experiences, Fluency in French and English and an additional European language (e.g. Italian, German, Portuguese or Spanish)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work day-to-day with Sales leaders across Europe and help design and deliver a best-in-class, data-driven hiring process that supports our commercial expansion and raises the bar for hiring quality and candidate experience.
