Proven experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and bringing candidates through to offer and acceptance., Skilled at proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and external platforms (such as hackajob) to identify and engage passive talent across a range of skill sets and levels., Able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed and candidates engaged throughout., relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner confidently with hiring managers and act as a credible advisor on best practice., Data literate and organised, with working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems, employment regulations relevant to hiring, and a good understanding of data security protocols.
