THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Talent Partner to help us build our San Francisco team. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who can identify, engage and close exceptional people across AI, biology, software engineering and operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape hiring processes and build high-quality candidate pipelines. As an early member of the Talent team, you will help define how we hire in the US and how candidates experience Latent Labs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic partnership and hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-talent-density environment.
