As our Talent Acquisition Partner, NAMER, you’ll be a true talent advisor for North America, owning how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional people across the US and Canada. You’ll partner closely with leaders on hiring strategy while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results in a competitive SaaS talent market. Reporting to the Regional Director, People, NAMER, you’ll lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams, build scalable recruiting programs, and continuously improve how we compete for top talent. You’ll sit within the global People team, with members also located in Australia. We’re looking for someone with grit, pace, strong judgment, and high ownership. Someone who can operate strategically, execute relentlessly, and build a recruiting motion that raises the bar. This is a 6-month contract running until December 2026. Hybrid Work Environment: At Ignition, we embrace hybrid work to balance flexibility with connection. This role requires 1 day per week in-office on Tuesdays at our Toronto office, located at 100 University Ave, steps from Union Station and St. Andrew Station.
