Applicants must be based in, and have the right to work in, the USA. ### About the role We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join DISCO part-time (25 hours per week over 4 or 5 days) and help us build a hiring function that is thoughtful, consistent, and genuinely high quality. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you'll recruit for positions in the US, Australia, and the UK, so some flexibility in working hours to suit those time zones is required. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys end-to-end recruitment but also wants to genuinely own and develop recruitment practices at a start-up/scale-up company. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business, and work alongside senior leadership as a trusted hiring partner, helping shape how roles are defined and how decisions get made. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll help shape how DISCO shows up as an employer. That means refining our employer value proposition, strengthening candidate-facing content, building proactive talent pools, and working with our Marketing team to make sure the right people know who we are and why the work matters.
