What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in any discipline, Approx. 7 to 10 years of in-house recruitment or onsite RPO experience, knowledge of sourcing candidates in the APAC market, including senior/C-level searches, Well versed with complex executive compensation packages, Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas, Maturity, relationship and consultative skills, with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate effectively, Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills
Nice to Have
Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage
What You'll Do.

Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market
Partner with global and local hiring managers and functional heads

usable insights to address their talent needs
Full-cycle recruitment for various functional areas and across all job levels
including senior/C-level hiring
Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors
Proactively develop contacts and networks
stay updated with market intelligence
and other relevant opportunities
Contribute to projects
and initiatives towards improving our Talent Acquisition and broader People function
