What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years recruiting experience, Bachelor's degree or related experience, Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Nice to Have
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in renewables, Experience in technical recruiting, Experience working with senior-level leaders, Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing talent, Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting

Serve as subject matter expert on recruitment strategies
Direct sourcing for client base
Manage pipeline for client base
Meet current hiring demands
Meet future hiring demands
Drive timely movement in hiring lifecycle
Manage stakeholder communication in hiring lifecycle
Ensure process accountability in hiring lifecycle
Develop recruitment strategies
Use various sourcing techniques
Ensure diverse candidate pool
Champion Clearway brand
Promote Clearway as employer of choice
Use social media for branding
Use recruitment branding
Provide recommendations on applicant consideration
Provide recommendations on candidate selection
Build long-term relationships with hiring managers
Coach hiring managers on best practices
Provide stellar candidate experience
