What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years recruiting experience, Bachelor's degree or related experience, Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Nice to Have
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in renewables, Experience in technical recruiting, Experience working with senior-level leaders, Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing talent, Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting
What You'll Do.
Handle all aspects of talent sourcing
Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers
Build and maintain relationships with Human Resources
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting sources

Employ traditional sourcing strategies
Employ non-traditional sourcing strategies
Utilize approved venues to identify candidates
Utilize approved venues to recruit candidates
Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment
Direct sourcing for client base
Direct pipeline management for client base
Own and drive timely movement throughout hiring lifecycle
Own and drive stakeholder communication throughout hiring lifecycle
Own and drive process accountability throughout hiring lifecycle
Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques
Ensure a diverse candidate pool
Promote Clearway as an employer of choice
Provide recommendations regarding applicant consideration
Provide recommendations regarding candidate selection
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers
Build long-term relationships with hiring managers
Coach hiring managers on hiring best practices
Provide a stellar candidate experience
Develop relationships with candidates
Attend networking events to connect talent
Attend networking events to source talent
Attend professional conferences
Attend specialty/niche recruiting events
Improve our talent brand
Improve recruiting processes
Improve candidate experience
Identify efficiencies
Improve recruiting effectiveness
Develop deep knowledge of business lines
