Must Have

3+ years of recruitment experience, Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies for high volume hiring, Experience with proactive sourcing and diligent follow up to secure competitive talent, Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality within the work environment, High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, Excellent communication skills: both written and oral, Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, Tech savvy with proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite, Excel and Microsoft Word software

Nice to Have

BSA in Business or related field preferred but not required, Experience with Lever (applicant tracking system), a plus
