****Job Description:**** # **_The opportunity_** **A temporary vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Partner has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe, Spain.** **The successful applicant will join the Talent Acquisition team, an international organization dedicated to**defining and implementing the Strategy of Employment Policies** for Airbus and to deploy the **recruitment process for the jobs arising in Airbus companies**.** # **_Mission_** **Your main mission will be:** **\- to lead the selection process of Airbus Commercial external positions applying a proactive sourcing approach** **-to lead early career programs (interns) within Airbus Commercial** **-collaborate with Internal Mobility network** **\- to participate and lead Local & Transversal Projects dedicated to improvement and innovation in Talent Acquisition field taking the lead when necessary** **Your responsibilities will include:** # **_Tasks & Activities_** ** _Talent Acquisition_**:**** **\- Demonstrate Expertise in required profiles within the assigned perimeter for internal customers and associated stakeholders.** **\- Focal point for the deployment of specific EC programms in Airbus Commercial** **\- Ensure that staffing needs met with a long-term strategy in mind** **\- Analyze, understand and challenge the Managers ' needs, providing the market vision for the role, discussing requirements such as skills and qualifications required for a position and translate it into appealing job advertisements.** **\- Select the most appropriate job boards, both internal and external, career websites, candidate networks and people databases to advertise the positions.** **\- Define the most appropriate plan to source target candidates applying headhunting techniques.** **\- Run proactive sourcing via social networks (LinkedIn etc) to locate passive candidates, proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and people databases.** **\- Understand candidate motivations
