What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or HR admin, Comfort with applicant tracking systems, Comfort with data reporting tools, Comfort with productivity platforms, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, Clear, professional communication style, Service-oriented mindset, Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Nice to Have
Healthcare or multi-site experience a plus
What You'll Do.

Serve as primary point of contact for system vendors
Manage relationships with ATS

Tokenize outreach templates
and scalable communications

Own key administrative processes
Onboard and train new TA and Field Ops team members
Maintain extern hiring process
Assist recruiters with sourcing projects
Build dashboards and reports
Analyze recruitment funnel data
Support recruitment events
Handle SWAG procurement
Handle vendor registration
Collaborate with marketing and people teams

Join Bond Vet as a Temp to Perm Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our recruiting infrastructure—managing key systems, building process efficiencies, coordinating analytics, and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. If you love making order out of chaos, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to play a critical part in bringing amazing people into our organization, we’d love to meet you. This is a temporary role with possible conversion to regular full time. What You’ll Do System & Process Management Maintain and optimize key TA platforms and systems (including Greenhouse and others), overseeing account permissions, templates, and hygiene (e. g. prospect/candidate cleanup, scorecards, interview kits). Serve as the primary point of contact for system vendors and manage relationships with the ATS, job boards, and background check provider. Tokenize outreach templates and ensure personalized, compliant, and scalable communications. Audit offer approvals and requisition workflows to ensure consistency and compliance. Recruiting Support & Team Enablement Own key administrative processes including waiver and background check workflows, requisition submissions, and the recruiting inbox.
