What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, or a closely related field, Demonstrated experience owning or administering an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent) at an organizational level, Experience implementing AI tooling for recruiting teams, Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between HR/TA tools using automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar), Proficiency with data analysis and reporting — experience building and interpret recruiting metrics dashboards independently, Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-augmented workflows in a professional context, written and verbal communication ability to translate technical workflows into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders, Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-augmented workflows, Familiarity with recruiting systems including Ashby, Guide, Ezra, LinkedIn, etc., Systems thinker: you consider data flows, failure states, and iteration loops, 2+ years as a full-cycle recruiter or sourcer, Deep understanding of what great candidate experience actually requires, Comfortable owning process design, not just executing within it, Enough recruiting context to translate hiring manager frustration into a workflow fix without a translator in the room, You ship small, instrument what you build, and iterate based on real usage, You’ve built point solutions before and know the difference between a quick win and a future liability, You approach problems user-first: recruiter experience and candidate experience are equally in scope, When you read a problem statement, you’re already mentally prototyping the solution
