What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles within high-growth, multinational organizations, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Proven experience building and scaling recruiting functions in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting operations, Experience hiring across multiple functions including executive, corporate, operational, technical, and leadership roles, understanding of labor market dynamics and hiring practices across MENA, Experience supporting Saudization and Emiratisation hiring initiatives, Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics to drive performance, Fluent in English and Arabic, Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled sourcing technologies, Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments, alignment with Flow values, particularly Grow, Ship Now, and Act Like an Owner
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce priorities
Partner with leadership on hiring plans
workforce forecasting
and organizational scaling
Build scalable recruiting operating models and service-level expectations across the hiring lifecycle
Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for leadership
and specialized roles
Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across key regional markets
Improve structured interviewing
and hiring calibration practices
Strengthen Flow’s employer brand and market positioning as an employer of choice
Improve candidate engagement
and experience throughout the recruiting process
Partner with Marketing and HR on recruitment campaigns
and social recruiting initiatives
Oversee ATS management
and recruiting process optimization
Establish recruiting dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership teams
Leverage recruiting analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring decisions and workforce planning
Support compliance with local labor laws
and Emiratisation requirements
Partner with HR and Legal on employment documentation and hiring compliance processes
Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing
and recruiting best practices
Influence leadership teams on organizational design
and hiring prioritization
and develop the talent acquisition team while establishing scalable recruiting standards and operating procedures
Create “first-principles” playbooks for sourcing
