Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own and execute an outbound-first talent acquisition strategy for early careers and client services hiring across North America. Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines by identifying and engaging passive talent through non-traditional channels and competitive talent communities. Develop scalable sourcing playbooks and structured recruitment processes to improve consistency, speed, and quality of hire. Lead campus and university engagement strategy across Ontario, building strong partnerships with academic institutions, student organizations, and career networks. Design and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract high-potential early talent. Optimize recruitment funnel performance through data analysis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements. Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic hiring insights, workforce planning input, and data-driven recruitment recommendations. Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and execution excellence. Requirements: 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership or team management role within a fast-growing organization. Proven experience in high-volume hiring, ideally within early careers, client services, or similar fast-paced environments. Strong track record of building outbound sourcing strategies and campus recruitment programs from the ground up. Experience in employer branding initiatives such as events, content creation, or ambassador programs. Deep familiarity with the Toronto and Ontario university talent ecosystem is highly preferred. Strong data literacy with experience using recruitment metrics to optimize funnel performance and hiring outcomes.
