Must Have

experience in Pharmaceutical/life sciences, understanding of recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, employer branding, team leadership, Degree qualified or equivalent experience, understanding of recruitment processes within a high-end recruitment environment, Previous experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, Proven experience using multiple sourcing methods, including direct headhunting approaches, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, Confident interviewing and assessing candidates, negotiation and influencing skills, Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-focused approach, Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

What You'll Do.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned permanent and contract vacancies globally.

Source candidates using a variety of methods including advertising

Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability prior to submission to hiring managers

Coordinate interviews

and recruitment activities to ensure efficient hiring decisions

Ensure candidates are fully prepared throughout the recruitment and interview process

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates in the market

Provide market insights and recruitment intelligence to internal stakeholders

Stay up to date with recruitment trends

and market developments within life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors

Ensure accurate and timely tracking of recruitment activity within the ATS

Collaborate closely with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Represent Quanticate at careers fairs

and networking events where required

Become a subject matter expert in internal recruitment and employer branding best practices

Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Recruitment Team Leader to support Quanticate’s continued global growth. This role will lead and develop a team of Internal Recruiters while managing recruitment delivery across permanent and contract vacancies globally. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business to attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
