Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to build effective hiring strategies, improve recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The role also drives workforce planning, recruitment analytics, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational growth and talent objectives.
