It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us. **About the location:** ### **About the role** ### Talent Acquisition Manager ### ### **What you will do** * ### Responsible for processing Internal Transfer/Promotion application by arranging interviews and update HR systems. * ### Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees and provide feedback to the People and Culture Manager. * ### Responsible for recruitment process, e.g. post vacancies; create job requisition in Workday system; screen CVs; arrange interviews, coordinate interview schedule, file resume, conduct reference check, issue offer letter. * ### Responsible for the weekly and monthly reports (interview schedule and process, interview results, etc) and update staffing timely. * ### Responsible for recruitment channel information update, include WeChat, website, employee notice board and weekly incoming employees report. * ### Responsible for Interns recruitment, relationship with schools and interns’ management. * ### Responsible for creating and continually enlarge Talent Pool. * ### Responsible for recruitment
