Define recruitment objectives

Collaborate with HRBP

Follow-up on trial periods

Be member of Atelier board

Share information and analysis

Support operational staff

Identify and define needs

Write briefs and announcements

Manage recruitments end-to-end

Validate trial periods

Ensure onboarding of new hires

Maintain active involvement of Octos

Adapt recruitment mode

Define targeted actions

Personalize recruitment actions

Communicate recruitment campaigns

Promote internal co-optation

Write candidate newsletters

Collaborate with onboarding stakeholders

Co-lead recruitment team

Participate in team upskilling

Mentor juniors and confirmed

Conduct recruitment campaigns

Write 'How to' documents
