What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, high-growth scale-up or PE-backed business experience, Demonstrated track record of closing senior hires (Director level and above) in finance, real estate, or hospitality, Comfortable operating with limited process and building it as you go, commercial instincts, Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
Nice to Have
Experience hiring across multiple geographies (Cyprus, Greece, UAE, Balkans), Background hiring for real estate development, asset management, or hospitality, Familiarity with structured interviewing methodologies (topgrading, Who, scorecards), Excellent written and spoken Greek
