About the Talent Acquisition Lead role... The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for the business hiring needs across EMEA and AMERS, and accountable for the execution of the operational delivery of talent in this region. The TA Lead will lead and coach the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team to deliver the right talent for the right role, providing exceptional candidate experience to all candidates in addition to having their own hiring targets.
