As our sole person in TA, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to own the entire recruitment process from strategy to execution. You'll be the expert on technical hiring for our Engineering and Product teams, but you're also a versatile pro who can pivot to non-technical roles with ease. If you're a person who thrives in a fast-paced & supportive environment and wants to build a world-class hiring engine, you'll love it here. **What You'll Do** * **Be a strategic thought partner:** Work directly with the VP of People & Culture and hiring managers to develop and refine our hiring strategy. * **Own the recruiting lifecycle:** You'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles. * **Build the foundation:** You'll lead the strategy to optimize our ATS (Workable), creating and implementing interview guides, and developing training for hiring manager
