Fosters a high-performance culture within the TA team. • Builds and maintains relationship with key internal and external stakeholders. • Manages the recruiting process by overseeing the ATS system, reviewing job applicants and conducting talent evaluations to identify top candidates. Ensures an efficient, fair and compliant hiring process. • Manages the interviewing process and holds interviews for various positions providing managers support such as arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules. • Responsible for understanding applicable job markets and recommending how Onni & it's subsidiaries can obtain competitive advantages on offers and placements. • Advises and supports hiring direction thorough understanding of talent market (ed.
