Terá a oportunidade de trabalhar num ambiente internacional, lado a lado com profissionais experientes, contribuindo ativamente para as operações de RH. * Prestar apoio operacional aos processos de RH, com foco no recrutamento e na aquisição de talentos * Ajudar na criação, distribuição e gestão de ofertas de emprego em várias plataformas * Apoiar as atividades de procura de candidatos e a triagem inicial de currículos * Coordenar o agendamento de entrevistas e comunicar com os candidatos ao longo do processo de recrutamento * Manter e atualizar os registos do sistema de acompanhamento de candidatos e as bases de dados de candidatos * Colaborar com diferentes departamentos para compreender as necessidades de contratação e otimizar os fluxos de trabalho de recrutamento * Apoiar iniciativas de employer branding e participar em eventos de recrutamento ou atividades de networking. ## Qualifications * Formação em RH, Gestão ou áreas afins * Fluência em inglês (escrito e falado) * Organizado, prático e orientado para soluções * Fortes compet
