Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support the hiring team in identifying and engaging potential candidates from the provided market database. The intern will connect with candidates, convert them into prospective employees, and coordinate interview schedules. Key Responsibilities Utilize the provided database to source and connect with candidates Engage and convert potential candidates through calls/emails Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates Maintain candidate records and follow-up updates Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities  Exposure & Learning This internship offers hands-on exposure to: End-to-end recruitment processes Talent sourcing and candidate engagement Corporate communication and professional networking Interview coordination and HR operations Real-time hiring workflows used in the industry  Skills You Will Develop Communication & interpersonal skills Professional outreach and coordination Recruitment and talent acquisition fundamentals Time management and stakeholder handling Eligibility Graduate / Pursuing Graduation Strong communication skills(English Must with Local Language) Interest in HR & Recruitment This internship is designed to make candidates industry-ready with practical corporate hiring experience and real-time exposure to recruitment operations.
