What You'll Do.

Take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment process for internship roles across EMEA—from crafting compelling job ads to extending the final offer.

Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and translate them into successful hires.

Proactively identify and headhunt top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.

Conduct initial screening interviews

acting as the first point of contact and an ambassador for the Logitech brand.

Manage the "Candidate Journey

" ensuring seamless interview coordination and a world-class experience for every applicant.

Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

ensuring our hiring metrics are accurate and actionable.

Experiment with and implement AI-powered tools to optimize sourcing

and process efficiency.

Contribute to social media campaigns and talent initiatives that showcase our culture to the world.

Support campus recruitment events and partnerships to build our pipeline of future leaders.
