It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. **About the Role:** We are looking for a proactive and empathetic TA Intern to support our recruiters in finding top-tier talent across China & HK. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Sourcing:** Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to identify and engage passive candidates. * **Screening:** Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, salary expectations, and cultural fit. * **Interview Coordination:** Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure a seamless interview experience. * **ATS Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday). * **Employer Branding:** Assist in organizing recruitment events (career fairs, info sessions) and managing our careers page/social media presence. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. * A passion for
