What You'll Do.
Conduct Talent Acquisition administrative tasks such as resume reviews
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
Support TA associates for various administrative projects
including data analysis and ATS management
Assist with the recruitment process
including strategy development
Learn and apply advanced sourcing techniques in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to identify niche talent
