Must Have
Available for a 6 months full-time internship starting from July 2026, Enrolled in a Dutch school/university throughout the whole duration of the internship, Fluent in English, Based in the Netherlands
What You'll Do.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for all Bynder internship roles
Manage everything from intake to offer stage
Act as the first point of contact for intern applicants
Conduct screening calls and assessments
Help build diverse talent pipelines for intern roles
Support the management of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Use recruitment data and AI tools to identify bottlenecks
and contribute ideas to make our hiring workflow more efficient
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to support and help develop innovative hiring and sourcing strategies; Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and selection criteria; Support interview coordination; Continuous feedback from the TA team
