What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments (startups or global companies), Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build reports and analyze funnel metrics, High familiarity and interest in Artificial Intelligence, with a track record of using AI tools to optimize daily TA tasks (e. g. , drafting job descriptions, candidate ranking, or sourcing), Ability to leverage Market Intelligence and Talent Insights to identify trends and enable data-backed hiring decisions, Demonstrated ability to align candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial constraints, Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for Greenhouse, Fluent English is mandatory, Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment, Fluency in English
